A) Remuneraciones y prestaciones diversas:
a.1) Las remuneraciones acordadas a un asalariado serán deducidas únicamente cuando correspondan a un trabajo efectivo y no sean exageradas.
Esta disposición se aplica a todas las Remuneraciones directas o indirectas incluidas las dietas, gratificaciones, ventajas en naturaleza y devolución de gastos.
Los desacuerdos surgidos de los reintegros de las fracciones de las Remuneraciones consideradas exagerada, serán resueltos por los Jurados Tributarios previstos en el Capitulo XXVI del Titulo Preliminar del presente Sistema Tributario.
