Hola, compis:

He estado buscando para un pequeño informe médico y he encontrado:

supraspinatus tear of the right shoulder

La duda es que parece que hablan de "supraspinatus tear" y "supraspinatus rupture" como sinónimos (y que usan más "tear"), pero quería confirmar que es así y que el "tear" no es menos grave que el "rupture", ya que debe ser "rotura".
