Glad to help Estoy estudiando como traductor medico, need to study for my translation test to be a hospital interpreter, being master mechanic for past century cars ,not real useful for medicine.

I believe ord.: = ordenamiento meaning regulation or code (code seems more fitting since Chile is a civil law country)

I have translated Ant. as ATCD as I believe it stands for antecedente which is also mentioned later in the document.

I have Materia as topic because subject in clinical trials relates to a person/participant in said trial

The document is from Chile.
Any objections to the above translations?
