Horse Racing Related Video Translation, 20 minutes

We have received an inquiry regarding translation to Uzbek. It's a 20-min video in relation to horse racing. Apparently betting money on winning horses, etc. is forbidden in Uzbekistan, but this is legal in Japan. There are many people from Uzbekistan working in the horse racing industry in Japan, so client wants this video translated to Uzbekistan. The translation will be added as subtitles, so we need the subtitles to match the video in length and have proper line breaks. If we get this job we will need someone to translate the video script to Uzbek subtitles. We are looking for someone who can help us with this translation.
