Thank you, Richard. I included "effect of" in brackets to show that "moving" works as noun depending on "of".

Thank you, Muriel. Out of context you are right, but I think "oferta de trabajo" = supply of jobs, demand for labour/workers, NOT demand for jobs. The way I put it, "labour" = mano de obra, NOT trabajo.
