Hola, quería consultarles a los expertos en economía y derecho cómo se puede expresar en inglés correctamente este término. Consiste en una escritura firmada ante notario que éste otorga y se va a realizar entre dos partes o comparecientes. ¿Podría decirse que es un sale deed o deed of sale? Añadiendo las acciones, se podría decir "shares sale deed", "sale deed of shares" o (tratándose de que va adirigido a una empresa norteamericana) podría ser "stock sale deed"? Las respuestas se agredecerán mucho.
