Trados 7 does not bring 100% matches from TM

Hello, I know I'm "old-fashioned", but I'm still using Trados 7 with Word 2003 (though in Win7).

It has always worked fine but now it automatically copies the source text in the target segment completely ignoring parcial matches and, what's most annoying, 100% matches...

Does anyone have a clue about what can be happening? I'd be so so grateful!
