North across Allegheny River, bear right towards the baseball stadium
Exit to PA Route 28 North...

Straight at top of hill; follow reservoir fence.
Right one block later (all traffic must turn right) onto Mellon Ter.
Left one block later (all traffic must turn left) onto Negley Avenue
