Paul, while these things may look forbidding, the internet is a bonanza of free information. If my 80-year old mother can figure out how to use WhatsApp to video-talk with her grandchildren on the other side of the country, then you can learn how to use zoom and install a microphone. You just need to commit to learning.

Don't allow yourself to be intimidated. Assert your self-efficacy and take the first step.
