Is there anyone who can forward past English Romanian DPSI exam papers (legal option)?
Can you recommend good English Romanian Legal Dictionaries?
What is the best way to get work as an interpreter in this field in London in advance of gaining the DPSI qualification?

Ca dictionar, as recomanda Dictionar juridic roman-englez/englez-roman. Editia 2, Autor(i): Onorina Botezat. Mi se pare cel mai apropiat de domeniul juridic britanic. Celelalte pe care le-am vazut erau axate mult pe engleza americana.

Pe langa asta as recomanda un dictionar juridic roman si unul englez. Iti va fi de ajutor cand vrei sa intelegi exact anumiti termeni.

Daca gasesti carti sau informatii pe internet despre sistemul legal in general, te ajuta mult sa intelegi limbajul folosit.

Exista in Handbook la DPSI o lista pentru English Law, in care apare ce trebuie sa acoperi. Daca reusesti sa citesti cate putin despre fiecare chestie de acolo si iti aduni cuvinte care crezi ca ti-ar fi de folos, e suficient pentru teorie.

La practica, poti fie sa cauti videouri pe youtube sau sa te inregistrezi tu citind articole, pe care apoi sa le traduci.

Sunt organizatii care fac cursul online (DPSIonline), altele la care poti alege pe langa partea online si numai partea de practica cu cineva care a trecut deja examenul(Talking Heads).

Mai poti sa iti cumperi examene anterioare, de preferat din cele mai noi, si sa exersezi pe ele(daca nu gasesti pe nimeni care sa le aiba). Eu am cateva dar am scris pe ele si nu sunt intr-o stare prea buna.

Iti doresc mult succes! Stiu ca uneori e nevoie.
