The Colegio de Traductores Públicos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires has recomended rates for translations and interpretations. These guidelines are non binding but they should give you a good idea of the current rates.

The Feb '06 revision (it think it is the latest) states hourly rates for conference interpreting as follows:

Up to 3 hours (1 interpreter) 476 ARS
Up to 6 hours (2 interpreters) 561 ARS
