Hello!

Can anybody help me to translate into Spanish this paragraph? It is impossible for me to do it, I have been dealing with it for hours now!

Subcontractor acknowledges the uncertainty of the law in this respect and expressly stipulates that this Agreement be given the construction which renders its provisions valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permissible (not exceeding its express terms) under applicable law.

El Subcontratista reconoce la inseguridad jurídica a este respecto y establece expresamente que a este Acuerdo se le dé la estructura que haga válidas y aplicables sus estipulaciones hasta el límite máximo permisible (sin exceder sus términos expresos) de conformidad con la ley relevante.
