Αιμιλία. Often transliterated as Aimilia, but in my daughter's (British) passport written as Emilia. Stress on the third syllable. (Em-ee-LEE-ya)

The name "Emily" is usually "Emília" in Portuguese, although Emily is also used (as José Henrique pointed out).
However, there is a distinct difference between the name "Emília" (where the "e" is closed) and "é milha" (where the "e" is open) - but not in the Brazilian Northeast, where "Emília" (the name) is also pronounced with the "e" open and strong, something like "ÉÉÉÉÉ-milia".

เอมิลี is the safest spelling. Other pronunciations connote factors of rudeness specific to local people.
