Hi everyone,

There's a pow-wow dinner in London tonite and now is your chance to join before I call the restaurant to extend the number at the table. It's a great turkish restaurant and so far it's about 13 of us for sure...it can't stay this way Feel free to join if you're available. Hope to see you there!

I spotted this too late, but now is my chance to ask the question: is it appropriate to come along to a powwow when you don't know anyone? Or is that the point of the event (to get to know people)?
