What is important is that we confirm attendance as soon as we know because Fouad needs to have an approximate number of people coming. the actual lounge opens at 5pm but we can meet in the canteen and then proceed to the lounge once it is open.

Hi Oliver,
I suppose, the best thing is to arrive at Bush House at any time of your convenience and ask for the Lounge (which will be open) at reception (I hope there is one, have never been in Bush House!).
I'll post my mobile number one day before the Powwow.
Fouad has already got the Lounge open 2 hours earlier so I am sure people will be aware of a translator's meeting and show you the way to the Lounge.

I have just been informed that the 'BBC Lounge' is actually the 'BBC Club' and that whoever comes into Bush House would please be so kind and ask for Dr. Fouad Razek in the 'BBC Club'.
This is the 'entry pass'.
