Hi fellow Nova Scotians Aug 30, 2012

It is great to see that two people have signed up so far! I was wondering how many more people you would like to see register in order to make this powwow an event that is worth your time and efforts. I live in the Annapolis Valley and am very new to translating, so I would not have a lot of translation stories to share.

Hello people,

I must admit I am a bit envious of this powwow in Halifax. It seems that there are not very many powwows in Canada and when there are some they are never in my city. I don't think there are any other translators in my city of Proz and it's a pity.

By the way, I lived in Halifax a few years ago and I loved it. You have a really nice city with a cool, relaxed atmosphere and friendly vibe, unlike other big cities.

I'm sorry I missed the boat here. I was under the impression that Proz would notify me via email about new comments and didn't check back until this morning. This is entirely my fault. It seems like it might be worth getting together and who knows, we might even be able to entice more people to sign up.

So how about October 6th at 7pm? I suggest we meet at a restaurant, but am open to suggestions about suitable ( i.e. quiet) places.
