Chinese native speakers, tell me please reasonable freelance prices for Chinese proofreading. Per 1000 chinese characters

I am not Chinese, but I do outsource from time to time translations from Spanish into Chinese and viceversa. Chinese translators usually charge me around 0.05 EUR/word for proofreading. I have not had the need to outsource an editor, so I do not know about the rates for editing.
