I saw that denny posted a topic indicating a similar problem with Hungarian characters, and upon noting that his post dating August 31st, was left unreplied, I changed my mind about writing this under the same thread and started a new one.
Some Turkish characters cannot be viewed sometimes. Very similar to the problem Hungarian translators had, only some Turkish prozians cannot use Turkish characters and their (including myself) KudoZ answers

This began about a week ago, and recurs every other day, or so. Can someone help with this situation, please?
