Group message problems

I sent 2 group messages to 100 translators each yesterday and when I tried to post a 3rd I was told I had exceeded my limit. I tried again today and got the same message. I am a platinum member and this was one of the main reasons I paid my money. Please sort out/explain urgently as the reason for the messages was to inform people of a conference my company is organising. And time is ticking by.
