... or so it says. Often, it\'s really Spanish>English, or whatever. Many posters insist they\'d clicked the correct buttons, yet it comes up incorrectly, time after time. Is this a bug?? Nobody seems to know.

No, it\'s not a bug. The problem is the pull-down menus: you select Spanish, for example, as your source language and then move on to select the target language (e.g., English). But if you don\'t \"lock\" your first selection, you may end up with English to English ==> English monolingual.
Then, there are those (non-ProZers) who just don\'t give a damn , so long as their question goes out.
