The (in)famous dynamic database server has erased about three questions that I asked this afternoon. Two of them had responses. The third one was up for too short a time. I\'ve reposted it. Haven\'t reposted the other two, as I\'ve basically got the answers I was looking for. Would have liked to check back to look at peer reviews and that sort of thing though.

It\'s not only questions I asked today. Some I asked last night are also gone. All told, I think I have lost over half a dozen ungraded questions, some of which contained quite important information that I wanted to check back on, but which has now been deleted.



Is there any hope of recovering these lost questions? Not only so I can check back on lost information, but award points to those who took the trouble to answer?



In any case, it looks like the system maintenance done last night hasn\'t worked terribly well.

I\'ve posted an answer yesterday too, and got a very prompt and comprehensive answer, and ts\'all gone! Now I can\'t award that person the points he deserves Waybe it\'ll be a good idea to post it again and identify that answerer by his answer?
