not receiving notification of questions

I signed up to receive notification of Spanish, French, Catalan and German to English questions. However, since this morning I have only been receiving notification of the German-English ones. Also, I noticed that I didn\'t receive the wee \'Congratulations\' message for 2 questions I answered yesterday. Last but not least, some of the comments made on my answers have never reached me by e-mail in the last day or so. Am I the only one experiencing these problems? Maybe it\'s my computer? I had p...
