I am having the same problem as Taichi Watanabe seems to have had on Nov 4.
I cannot access my cpanel or webmail, and all I get is a "cannot access server" window.
I have also checked firewall, etc. But that doesnt seem to be the problem.
Please refer to the Nov 4 topic titled the same as above.
Appreciate your support in resolving this issue.
