How to make 100% completeness of profile?

Hello! I have a question where I need your help to answer. I am trying to complete my profile for 100% but it only shows 80% no matter what I did. All the fields are filled out. Do you have any suggestions?

Dear Anastassiya,

if you have any doubts or technical difficulties with completing your profile, best thing you can do is contact the ProZ support center - stuff there are very kind and prompt with replies, I´m sure they´ll be able to advise.

However I have noticed a thing or two about your profile that might be causing a green checkmark still not appearing

- maybe you should accept the Proz.com professional guidelines (a box you need to tick when completing your profile)?

WWA entries? Dec 20, 2011

If you mean 80% for “Encouraged” I believe that would be “WWA entries from clients”. That’s what I don’t have and my “Encouraged” is also showing 80% complete.

If this sounds like the case you might want to press the word “Encouraged” to verify. I know this makes no sense but that’s how the ProZ profile editor works
