Yes I do meet the requirements (keeping my distance from the infamous 'criteria' word). I was raised in Puerto Rico and lived a total of 20 years there (including the last 10.) The fact that I'm back in the U.S. should not prevent me from bidding for this job. This is highly irritating.

Your 'criteria' does not meet MY 'criteria'.
