There is a trend on the web to make fonts really, really small. Proz.com has been following this trend. It makes sense to make certain items smaller because you don't always have to read them (eg the copyright notice at the bottom of the page), but other things need to be legible.
I've tested the Proz.com site on several browsers to make sure it isn't a browser issue, but no... the font size of the forums is 6 pt!!! That is very hard to read.

Please can we have bigger fonts, especially in the forums? ▲ Collapse

You can adjust font sizes in your browser
Nov 2, 2006
Why not just adjust the font sizes in your broswer? In Firefox, for example, by hitting CTRL+ + (bigger) and CTRL + - (smaller). Set it as big as you like, it's free.

Or... silly me... use the +/- links in the top left corner of the forum pages (just did it... aaaah, much better).

Especially on laptops the font is too small. Though of course you can ajust it in your browser for each window. Also a 19" screen with the same resolution as a 17" will help.
Cheers
Heinrich

Additionally

in most Windows based programs you can change the font size by holding down Ctrl and scrolling the mouse wheel.
Also, as I have 21" screen, I have set default view in Opera at image size 120%.
