Всем привет! Каким образом найти человека в Москве от ProZ, который имеет право на подтверждение личности? Речь об этом:
You met--in person--a ProZ.com member who has the authority to verify identities, send a reminder to that person

В списке есть в том числе русские имена. Как найти этих людей?
Другие варианты невозможны из-за блокировки российских карт.
