Each time I open a ProZ webpage, I have to click the reload button (Firefox), because I'm still shown the time (and the day) of my previous visit as it doesn't refresh automatically. I have noticed this since some time. Is this another bug or has it always been like this? Anyway, I find his behaviour rather irritating. This doesn't happen with other sites.

The same thing happens to me, especially when I reply to someone on the forum, and then I have to reload. The same doesn't happen with other sites.

The support couldn't help so I ended using Proz on my tablet for some time, and than the problem disappeared. I have no idea if something has changed on the website itself or if it was a matter of another update to Chrome (or Windows).
Probably the best solution would be to experiment with different browsers (or devices if it is possible).

delete the cache

Deleting the cache of the web browser after each session could help. This can be managed in the browser settings.
The cache is often used by browsers to reload a page without pulling content afresh.
