but where would they be getting the qualified translators from, in such a small place in Louisiana? Sometimes it is hard to get qualified interpreters, especially of some rare languages, in such places as New York. I have personally never heard about any corruption like hat here, and I doubt that it exists-- it sounds rather improbable. I believe them, though.
