Hi colleagues!

I am looking for a handy tool that automatically converts calender years between Japanese and Western. Especially from Japanese to Western direction. I was hoping to find one in SDL OpenExchange but no luck.

So how do you deal with the calender conversion?
Do you do this manually?
Do you know of any good software?

Hi Tom,

Thanks for sharing! Yes, I know some other websites that does conversion.
What I mean by automatic is some kind of plug-in applications that help me convert calenders on desktop (ex. autosuggest) while typing instead of going to the particular website every time.
I heard ATOK pops up converted calender while typing but it costs.

I am looking forward to hearing other people's opinions too!

Google日本語入力 will do it for you, and it's free.

For example, if you type 昭和25年, it gives you a list of 昭和25年、1950年、一九五〇年、etc.
