Dear Maciej,
I do not think that this type of classification is used in Ukraine, and therefore an official transltion of these phrases hardly exists...

But that's just my opinion.

what i did Dec 21, 2005

I did Google with "R- and S-phrases Ukraine" and got a list with many names of products.. some distributors work for Ukraine and can even be in Ukraine.
You may consider asking them directly how they deal with this issue. Hope it will help.
