Bardzo prosze o podpowiedż, w jaki spsób należy wpisywać adresy i daty w tłumaczeniach pism urzędowych (tłumaczenia przysięgłe). Czy, np, ul.Lipowa 15 powinna być wpisywana jako 15 Lipowa st.? Czy w pismach tłumaczonych do USA powinno się zmieniac kolejność w członach daty? stawiająć kolejno miesiąc/dzień/rok? Z góry dziękuję

A co do dat...
Ja zwykle nazwę miesiąca piszę słownie, żeby nie było nieporozumień.
