Coś mi się nie zgadza, przecież DEFER = "odroczyć" a nie "przyspieszyć".
Nie sądzę, by chodziło o wcześniejszą emeryturę (=early retirement), tylko o emeryturę z odroczoną wypłatą świadczeń (nie miałam pojęcia, że coś takiego może istnieć, ale na to wychodzi). Nie wiem z czego w takim razie żyje ów emeryt do osiągnięcia ustaw... See more http://www.proz.com/kudoz/604998

Nie sądzę, by chodziło o wcześniejszą emeryturę (=early retirement), tylko o emeryturę z odroczoną wypłatą świadczeń (nie miałam pojęcia, że coś takiego może istnieć, ale na to wychodzi). Nie wiem z czego w takim razie żyje ów emeryt do osiągnięcia ustawowego wieku emerytalnego, ale o tym nie zdaje się nie piszą w poniższej literaturze, którą skądinąd polecam Waszej uwadze.
Maciek dał bardzo dobry link, ale chyba nikt go dobrze nie przeczytał - a on sam podał tylko połowę definicji, stąd pomieszanie pojęć.
Deferred Pensioner
If you leave employment before normal retirement age your pension benefits will be deferred and you will become a deferred pensioner. Deferred pensions can also be known as preserved pensions, or frozen pensions.
When you leave you will be notified of the value of your deferred pension benefits.
The benefits will be paid to you when you reach normal retirement age.

Early Retirement
The “rule of 85” is not a retirement term under the LGPS. It is in fact a test applied where certain benefits are paid early to see whether full or reduced benefits are payable.
The test is applied where the early retirement is at the employee’s request or instigation. The tests do not apply to early retirement benefits paid because the employer has terminated the contract of employment (e.g. redundancy or efficiency of the service cases), or in the case of ill health retirement.

If you were formerly a member of the Xerox Final Salary Scheme and you did not either take a refund of contributions or transfer your pension benefits out of the Final Salary Scheme when you left Xerox, then you are probably a deferred pensioner of the Final Salary Scheme. No właśnie - jak dotrwasz do pełnego wieku emerytalnego, dostaniesz pełną emeryturę. Jak będziesz chciał przejść wcześniej na emeryturę, do czasu osiągnięcia wieku emerytalnego dostaniesz tylko część emerytury (pełną dopiero wraz z osiągnięciem wieku emerytalnego).
Na mój misiowy (bardzo mały) rozumek wychodzi, że mowa jest o wcześniejszej emeryturze.

Wcześniejszym emerytem pobierającym wcześniejszą emeryturę!!! I który pełną emeryturę otrzyma dopiero za kilka lat.
Życie zna większe niespodzianki niż to przewidują paragrafy i definicje
z mroźnym pozdrowieniem (na oknie balkonowym -16 stopni) i w nadziei, że nieprędko się ociepli (przy +3 zaczyna mnie strzykac w kościach)
