Not quite, but as much as can be - and I recycle a lot, using the reverse side of all paper I can lay my hands on (mailings for instance).

I still receive a loto of translations on a paper format, so I use the reverse side if I need to print something.
On the other hand I print only the necessary pages of the documents I get by email, cause sometimes I need it for several reasons.
I am trying to make my little office as paper-free as possibile.

I proofread every translation of mine on a printed version (with a small police and tiny margins) but like Interlangue I only use "recycled" mailings, etc. I have never bought a ream of paper since I started as a freelancer.

Most of my work is carried out paper free. I receive and send translations almost exclusively by e-mail and I rarely print them out. But certain things, such as invoices, have to be printed out for tax purposes (as far as I'm aware).

No, and it is never going to be, because it affects the quality of my work, but I save wherever I can.
I recycle, use both sides when possible, delete empty lines to get more on one page, and use the most environment-friendly paper I can buy. (Without using a lot of petrol transporting it...)

I print out nearly all my translations afterwards too, for proofreading, because I see things on paper that I miss on screen. I always do a preliminary check on screen before printing out.
Paper is a recyclable resource - as fuel when it can no longer be re-used as paper, and it is made from renewable wood grown in managed forests. I do care, but I see no point in trying to eliminate it completely.

No, and I don't think it can/should be in my case because my processes involve proofreading or printing of documents on paper.

In my experience, everything can be done electronically except when a document needs to be signed and returned (eg NDAs), in which case I print, sign, scan and email.

Just like others have already said: I print my translations for proofreading purposes. Quality always comes first (or at least it should)!

I manage to do most work on the PC+laptop together so that means I don't have to print up documents for proofreading. Anything I do print up is on the reverse side of other sheets of paper that I have in the house since my teaching days. My biggie though is my agenda where I record all jobs, rates, deadlines and invoices and this one little book lasts me throughout the year.

I'm speaking of my translation operation. I'm down to one file of invoices and many shelves of paper dictionaries which I still love and use.
My office still has a lot of paper associated with other activities in my life - mainly, my studies in landscape design, which generate a lot of visual stuff.

I shall continue to operate in the way I find most convenient.
I am resistant to constant nagging about how I should save this and protect that, especially when it is in the name of non-existent global warming.
