I hope you get a location better than the past PowWow which was very crowded and extremely hard to move around - one basically had to stay in the chair - so didn't get to interact with many others - you had a PowWow at a loction near Avenida Paulista once - that was quite spacious

Sounds interesting, but the big issue is that I shall be attending Cátia's workshop on medical translation at Estácio which is a full-day event, and I also have to check out of the hotel. The event only allows one hour for lunch, which makes things a bit tight. Then there is the wait for Über and possible traffic on Amaral Gurgel Avenue (there was a traffic jam today, according to Google Maps).My experience is that Über Select would be about 20 Reais, as I paid 30 Reais once for Ana Rosa to ... I talked to Catia Santana and asked her if it would be possible (if Estácio de Sá agrees and the participants of the worshop as well) to allow 2 hours for the lunch and finish the workshop one hour later. Let's wait and see if this is feasible!
