Buna ziua!

Am o nelamurire cu privire la ceea ce trebuie scris la inceputul unei traduceri.
Este vorba de acea fraza " Traducere din limba... " Am vazut ca unii traducatori scriu doar atat, altii scriu si "Inregistrata sub nr. ........ din data.........."Este obligatorie aceasta numerotare/inregistrare? Daca da, sub ce forma se pastreaza aceasta evidenta, este nevoie de un registru?

Eu nu am vazut in viata mea chestia cu inregistrarea. Prima treaba e ceea ce se ataseaza in mod normal la o traducere.
