Finns det någon som kan hjälpa mig att förklara vad följande "taggar" i TagEditor betyder?

Är båda taggarna ovan för index? Jag trodde att enbart den första var det, men efter att ha tittat i hjälpen så verkar det som båda taggarna har med index att göra.
Jag känner mig förvirrad över vad som är vad plötsligt. Snälla hjälp mig någon.
