German term

Schmutzzul. Spirale mittel + klein

German to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)
This is from a Lohn-/Gehaltsabrechnung under the table for Lohnart and accompanying amounts.

The Lohnart code is 307 and the amount is 2.10 Euros x 2 = 4.20 Euros

I think this is partly a typo and should be Schmutzzul. etc. The person is a repairmen and mechanic for heating and plumbing equipment. So, I think it is some sort of dirt allowance + clothing but I have no idea what the Spirale mittel indicates.

Plumber's Snake
A Cable auger (aka plumber’s snake) is used to clear lines when a plunger is ineffective. A hand auger will be easier to use for many clogs.

For "Schmutzzulage" I found "severity allowance", but I am not sure about that in this context.
