GS-3 - LINE 3 HANGAR (DOOR B)
Dear Sir,
We would like to inform you that a major repair is required for the hydraulic cylinder pedestal in GS-3 - Line 3 Hangar (door B).
The following tasks will be carried out during the repair:
1. Dismantling damaged 20mm x 450mm bolt 16 pcs. (hot work - Oxy acetylene cutting / grinding)
2. Dismantling hydraulic cylinder from pedestal (non-hot work)
3. Installing new 20mm x 450 bolt 16 pcs. (hot work - Arc welding/Grinding & Cutting)
4. Grouting pedestal base along with bolts (non-hot work)
5. Retention of hangar door pulling cable
6. Reprogramming hydraulic HPU PLC PQ & PZD
7. Final hangar door functional testing
