This is one of the clauses from a recent law amendment on briber and anti-corruption.

3 - A dispensa de pena abrange os crimes que sejam efeito dos crimes previstos nos artigos 7.º a 9.º, ou que se hajam destinado a continuar ou a ocultar estes crimes ou as vantagens dos mesmos provenientes, desde que o agente os tenha denunciado ou tenha contribuído decisivamente para a sua descoberta.
4 - Ressalva-se do disposto no número anterior os crimes praticados contra bens eminentemente pessoais. ********

My first attempt; The provisions of the preceding point shall apply to violation against significantly personal property.
