(3) Carefully lift the transfer case (1) to its locating position using the transfer case assembly jig (0001280163) and the low-level transmission jack (0001279929).
(4) Secure the mountings (3) to transfer case (1) with screws (2).
(5) Remove the transfer case assembly jig (0001280163) and the low-level transmission jack (0001279929).
(6) Reconnect the electrical connector (11).
(7) Remove the blank-offs and reconnect the transfer case oil cooling pipes (6).
(8) Fill the transfer case with oil described in section 6.
(9) Install the propeller shaft assemblies with new bolts, washers and nuts as described in part 3 of this chapter.
(10) Position the transfer case covers (1) to its location.
(11) Secure with screws (9).
(12) Start the engine.
(13) Carry out a road test to ensure that the transfer case and mounting assembly are functioning correctly.
(14) Stop the engine.
(15) Switch off the electrical power.
