Testament aus England, die Verstorbene setzt ihre Nachlassverwalter ein und definiert, wer was bekommt.
Kann mir bitte jemand mit dem eingesternten Teil helfen. Vielen Dank
If the trusts of any such part as aforesaid (das sind die Teile, die die einzelnen Erben bekommen) shall fail by reason of no person attaining a vested interest therein, then I direct that the said part and any part or parts which may accrue thereto by virtue of this present provision shall be held by my Trustees as an accretion to the other part of parts (and equally if more than one) *the trusts whereof shall not have failed* as aforesaid at the date of such accruer.
