Mr. Fratttini stated that the Programme was very ambitious and completely in line with the communication on judicial training that was recently adopted by the European Commission. More than ever, the Programme appears to be a key instrument for fostering the three main priorities outlined in the communication, which focus on improving knowledge of: 1) EU law; 2) linguistic skills and 3) judicial systems within the EU.
