C'è questa espressione che non riesco a rendere in italiano e che non riesco a collocare nel contesto.
Inserisco il contesto inglese ed evidenzio la frase al seguito.

This Agreement has been deeply negotiated by the Parties, which approve any single paragraph, and shall be binding between the parties hereto and shall constitute a single integrated contract expressing the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and shall supersede all prior and contemporaneous oral and written agreements and discussions with respect to the subject matter hereof, *all of which are merged herein* and, except as specifically set forth herein, there are no other agreements, written or oral, express or implied, between the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.
