XY was the coordinator at PricewaterhouseCoopers (in Berlin) for this project, and is a freelance consultant for a project concerned with the change from cameralistic to accrual accounting and budgeting in the local authority of Uelzen, Lower Saxony.

Any (good ;-) explanation appreciated.
