English term

another term for "the User"

English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
Hi everyone,
I am trying to find another word for "the User". It's a rebate agreement between 2 people. I cannot use "the client" as it already refers to smdy else in the contract.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Dan.

- depending upon what the contract is about, and if you are referring to a rebate.
