Eu am plecat de la premisa ca banca a castigat procesul atat la procesul propriu zis cat si la recurs plecand de la context
Caci ce rost avea sa zica ca procesul a fost castigat pentru ca avocatul a prezentat cazul bine si dupa aceea sa sara direct la recurs ?
Intai se castiga procesul apoi recursul
