Don't think we have an exact equivalent, but this will describe the definition "any kind of music thats makes you smile and want to join in spreading love and peace to your fellow man" in a negative manner (χαζο-). And we don't want "clapping" in the Greek term, because it transfers us to completely different situations. Όπα!
