correction:
the certificate was issued by Guangzhou Mortician Guesthouse (Funeral Home), not Shang Hai as I wrote, my mistake, I am sorry for that :) .

Catherine Muir, thank you for the clear explanation. I really appreciate that. Have a nice day.
Catherine Muir Jun 22, 2011:
Chinese>English translation quality! As I indicated previously, there is no such term in English as 'mortician guesthouse'. From the information you have provided, I suspect the certificate may have come for the Shanghai Baoxing Funeral Home or another funeral home in Shanghai, China. Translating 'funeral home' as 'mortician guesthouse' sounds like it is straight out of Google Translate (try it for yourself and see!) A translation of a bad translation will only result in a worse translation. If it were my job, I would start from the proper English term, not MT gibberish, and translate 'funeral home' into Indonesian, which has already been done in KudoZ, but I will do it again!

A certificate which explains the detail of a deceased (name, last full age, place of death, cause of death, date of death, etc).

context: >This certificate is issued by Shang Hai mortician guesthouse.

closing: >Shang Hai Mortician Guesthouse (official seal)

note: the source document is a translated document from chinese to english.

rumah duka

As explained in the Discussion, the source term is NOT English; it is gibberish, the result of poor (probably machine) translation of the term 'funeral home' into Chinese and then back into 'English'. (Put 'funeral home' and 'mortician guesthouse' into Google Translate and you'll get similar results.) The correct Indonesian for 'funeral home', usually Chinese-run, is 'rumah duka'. If you do a Google Search on 'rumah duka' you will get many hits almost 2.5 million hits.
Example sentence:

Kompleks Oasis Lestari yang merupakan usaha terpadu dari Rumah Duka, Krematorium dan Rumah Abu adalah perwujudan dari kerja keras Dana Pensiun Konferensi Waligereja Indonesia (DP KWI) sejak tahun 1980 dibawah ketua Pengurus Dana Pensiun Konferensi Waliger

Obituary: Mr. A.T. Chuan Please be informed that there will be a memorial service tonight, March 13, 2008, 7.00 p.m. at Rumah Duka Dharmais, Jl Letjen S. Parman.

rumah persemayaman

Jika konteksnya adalah pertanyaan Anda sebelumnya, seperti yang tercantum di bawah ini, maka artinya sama dengan "parlor". Bedanya hanya "Mortician Guesthouse" terdengar lebih elegan dan tidak menyeramkan (padahal kalau tahu arti "mortician" ya seram juga).

Pilihan lain yang mungkin bisa sejajar dengan "mortician guesthouse" adalah "rumah persemayaman". Sehingga, terjemahannya menjadi: Rumah Persemayaman XYZ.

Certificate

this is to certify that the body transported to our parlor is detailed as follows.
---

XYZ Mortician Guesthouse.

neutral Catherine Muir : 'mortician guesthouse' is not English; I suspect it came from MT, maybe Google Translate. It is gibberish. Garbage in, garbage out! Budi, there is no such place as 'Shanghai Mortician Guesthouse', just a bad translation from Chinese into English.

neutral Budi Suryadi- : It seems that Shanghai Mortician Guesthouse is the name of a funeral parlor; in which case the name need not be translated.

rumah keluarga duka

Imho.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Catherine Muir : As with previous answer, the 'English' term is gibberish, probably written by MT, Google Translate or such.
