Cloud services still expired after renewing and activating licence

I've used Trados with a subscription in the past, but I've just bought a perpetual licence. I activated it and can work on my computer but when I try to access MT or cloud services it shows my old subscription and tells me that it expired. I have an urgent project to turn in, do I need to wait for it to be updated or is there a way to get it to work faster?

It's been about 30 minutes since I've bought and activated my license.
